Do a search for "Law Enforcement Against Prohibition" on youtube. You'll find many good arguments from the experts on the subject - and possibly a few poor arguments, too (which is unavoidable).

People save up all the time. Those coffee shops are quite busy these days. There are still Europeans smugglling pot all over the place out of Holland, I'm sure. It's really a great, mostly nice part of Amsterdam.

Marijuana is tolerated just 2.5 hrs north of here in Vancouver... it cannot be legally sold but procession and consumption occurs in various Vancouver shops.

vancouver is a fairly laid back city with alot of things. its funny though they crack down harder on mountain bike trails then they do on seed vendors.
