@God1Metal Depends on which song. It usually takes a while to learn a song, depending on how tight I want it to be and how hard it is to play and so on. But when I can play the song, I usually use 10-15 hours to track guitar and bass, edit and pre-mix. 10 hours to program/edit and shape the drums as realistic as possible. and 5-10 hours to mix and master a song. 5-10 hours atleast to video record and edit. :)

It's very important that you have dedication, patience and you need to be humble when it comes to critics from pros and start listening to them even if it doesn't make sense, but it eventually will with time. A good place to start is tweakhead's! (just type in on google 'tweakhead guide').

Ideal you want to play this song on a 7-string, but since I don't have a 7-string, I had to tune my guitar as a 7-string from the low end of the strings (you can see the tuning in the description). For the solo, if you notice in the video, Im actually using my other guitar, which is tuned to standard E. I did this for several reasons: 1) It's another tuning (standard E) and 2) It has has whammy bar, which is needed for the solo. :)

yo dude Im thinking of getting this guitar, I already have a gibson sg but does suit my metal stuff. I've heard that this guitar is top heavy when standing and the neck tends to dip down due to the strap button location on the back of the horn. I was just wondering if this is a real issue or not. @syngates94 Thanks. :) Basically you just need a camera that can shoot HD, the software I use to edit my videos is Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 with custom made render settings (just a resolution at 1280x720 and put parameters to best quality).
