@MUNADIM2765 Munadim, We still can't wear the item, The level cap hasn't been raised yet.. Just be patient and wait for the next level cap, Which will *probably* be Level 80>=O

He'll be dead in 1/2 turns at the cost of 30/45 mp

Mp is the only factor.
