umm...last time i checked, breaking comprised of four major move categories. Toprock, Downrock, Powermoves and freezes/suicides. I'm pretty sure this is popping, and if it is breaking, then i havent seen no one do this sortve stuff in break choro's/battles. And i don't think gliding is a form of break... ==' unless it fits into those four categories. so therefore, my judgement is that it isnt break. it could be incorporated into break moves, but you don't rely on them...
