On november 04 - 2010 I received my KIDFIX Lilly 2010 car seat bought by Oclio.com and I supposed one isofix was broken.
I wrote to service DE at Britax to have confirmation about this suspected fault and I got an automatic email with subject: out of office reply.
So I wrote to service EU at britax com and no one has replied yet.
For further OCLIO, the reseller, did not replied back to my email, fax and calls.
