  • coffee is good for you according to studies funded by the coffee corporations.

  • The *absorbability* rather than mere *presence* of a nutrient is paramount in judging the health-value of FOODS. After roasting has molecularly altered the antioxidants from their natural (raw) state ARE THEY AS ABSORBABLE? Also mark that the studies' parameters are only *common comestibles* and not *optimum foodstuffs*. THE best source of antioxidants et al is still FRUITS AND VEGETABLES! (But I will have my brew!)

  • But makes the body acid! Very much so. Not as bad as Coca Vola, but still very bad.

    And you can not say thsi so generally. It depends on the persons metabolism.

    If you drink coffe (not too much) you need to balance this with a lot of stuff that take away the "acid effect". You need to eat extra much of green vegetables and such vegeables and fruits that makes you basic. Very importent.

    And ALWAYS ecological.

  • I recommend if you drink it drink low acid Kona or Hawaii southen big island coffee. To help balance PH use sole' (Himalayan pink shirpa salt).
