Also, there are many more alternatives to cheer up the citizens besides by showing off the military. These kind of videos that advertise the military or ignites the rivalry between South Korea are only the remanent of Japanese imperialism.

@pjh3228 History is what makes your present. Being proud of ancient traditions that define one's identity is not wrong. during WW2, Japan was under a totalitarian type rule. Now they are democracy and hence better sense in deciding about wars.
So a repeat of Imperial Japan is impossible. Hence Japanese must trace their traditional roots and relive them from the days of Samurai when self-defense was not frowned upon and aggression was fought with righteous retaliation.

悪党国家かどうかはわかりませんが、確かに我が国の防衛のためには強力な軍事力は必要になってきますね。しかし私の意見としては、どうも最近、近隣諸国の動きがおかしいですね。そのためにもこのような国産兵機の開発は怠ってはならないと思います。
