This music comes from the ending of Final Fantasy X I don't recall the name at the moment, however it truely is a beautiful piece and this video did it justice in my opinion.
In my opinion Lily did love Snape, but they were going down different paths. Lily was good and Snape was driven to the Death Eaters. Cause of peer pressure from his classmates and later James and Lily's getting together, but that love for Lily. Drove Snape to protect her son 'til the end.
