I'm Hispanic and I would vote for Ron Paul but only because of the economic crisis we're going through. I think he's wrong on changing the constitution regarding automatic citizenship. Why can't it be as simple as getting citizenship IF at least one of your parents is a legal resident (and you're born here). Same thing for getting social assistance.

@realstation As a Hispanic American, you have to look deeper into that. He wants to make it easier for people to get permission to work in the U.S as seasonal workers. He even said in a debate that jobs are always looking for workers. The current system is too complicated and needs to be simple. Easier to get here and get deported. Right now they keep them in detentions for a while. Some even go mis, that's the fucked up reality.

If you enter here legally and you are a resident here; then they are under the jurisdiction, thus citizens by birth. People should not be rewarded for breaking the law. There is lot of people that want to immigrate here legally. We should welcome those law respecting immigrants and deport the illegal law-breaking immigrants.

I'm Hispanic and I would vote for Ron Paul but only because of the economic crisis we're going through. I think he's wrong on changing the constitution regarding automatic citizenship. Why can't it be as simple as getting citizenship IF at least one of your parents is a legal resident (and you're born here). Same thing for getting social assistance.

Guys I think that Ron Paul BY FAR is the only candidate that is HONEST, this interview shows it, he was honest in his answers, he practically answer all the questions by Ramos not been politically correct, but, us the people of Hispanic decent in the USA respect truth and honesty above all else, I don't agree with him in all the issues, I do 100 % in our foreign policy that to me is the BIG factor that determines our domestic woes. If illegal aliens can't work, educate their children, or collect any kind of government assistance, they will deport themselves. I've never understood how people can feel good and intelligent when they back someone who is obviously wrong simply because they are of the same race. Why would Mexicans refuse to vote for an honest man of conviction who wants to streamline the immigration process, not specifically go after the eleven million who are already here but disallow all immigrants to qualify for handouts and not be given birthright citizenship?
