I remember that game. I always thought it was the easiest game, I think year of the dragon was the 2nd easiest of the original trilogy. But I can't remember. I always like the first spyro game but it always seemed a bit awkward to me, because there wasn't much character interaction. And the level design just seemed a little. I don't know, difficult.

@CobaltiSickle After you beat the Sorceress the first time, you'll find Moneybags in the Midnight main area, where the Thief was. Just walk up to him and after he finishes talking run after him. You'll get back all the Gems he took from you and then give you an Egg. (Then he'll SAY he's going back to the swamp level to become a Haiku poet, yet he will instead walk into Crystal Springs!)

You have a valid point. I miss the leisurely game play that the older games had. Nowadays it's all epic madness. I just wanna run around, toast sheep, gather gems and relax! REAL life is hard enough without more peril and fear. Still, tis the nature of the beast; look what happened to HP when it got going. Was nice and bright and sunshiney, now it's gloomy and angst-ridden. That's why I love Elora =]
