Top Valley is just full of idiots on the dole who have nothing better to do then take drugs and roam the street letting off fireworks (during the day !!!) and sit in playing their computers till their drugs are delivered.. Yes i have witnessed this and have lived in that dive for many years. Near enough everyone on that estate are fucking knob heads who deserve a good kicking. It does not surprise me that the houses were left in such a state.. THANK FUCK I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE !!!!!
