Not likely, seeing as Barbariccia's voice is done by an obvious female. It's probably a group effort.

Also, as a note, the Shitenou's names could've been construed as a religious reference during Nintendo's 'no religious anything!' period of FF4's original english release, and thus the name changes would've been neccessary. Or it could just be bad translation.

It's not the only game to take the same names from the Divine Comedy either. Castlevania used a handful of names from Dante's work for some of their monsters in a lot of the newer games. I think anything after SotN had names like that here and there.
