@Scytarus most of the gameplay elements are Zelda-esque; a dungeon layout, the maps, the puzzles, the "z-targeting". The only similarities with GoW is a more hack and slash battle-system (but still different from both GoW and Zelda) with fast dodge, chests for health and wings for soaring. It's impossible for a fairly new game not to be compared to older ones, but I think Darksiders is mostly of a game of it's own.

@commiedeer actually in this game the last two will be fury and strife. they had to redo the names of the horsemen for some reason. and i think the real biblical version is victory (aka the conquerer), war, famine, and death. death essentially was pestilence.

On the other hand, I don't see why they had to redo the last two horsemen for the game either, Strife and Fury again sound like something that would be under War's domain. @commiedeer I do agree fury should/would fall under war's domain. victory was the first of the horsemen. and he is seen in two lights. as evil he is seen to be dividing and conquering the nations of the earth. as good he is seen as spreading the light of the bible. so i believe there is logical progression of the horsemen...the first one conquers which incites war, which brings about famine ultimately resulting in death.
