lol , my question is, how can you just "run into" Café Beveren by accident :)

it's legendary in my city ... the most marginal café of the entire city (so it is said)

by the way , the tune that is playing in this vid is indeed "la cucaracha", but it is also (and probably therefor played here) the soundtrack to a very well known typical Antwerp commerical for "Het Amerikaantje" (an store where they sell all kinds of rubbish, espescially American army stuff (bullets and old coats and helmets)).

Recent was ik in het Nationaal Museum van Speelklok to Pierement (Utrecht) en realiseerde me dat het weer biernodig tijd voor Antwerpen wordt!

Graag gedaan het was voor mij ook een onvergetelijke ervaring!! Wat hebben we daar genoten en gelachen. Zo was er een vrouw die niet meer geschonken werd, dus achter hun rug om van bezoekers een slokje uit hun glas nemen!!!
