  • You are SO adorable. Your videos are always interesting and amusing.

  • OMG I love One Hundred Years of Solitude, but I read it in the original Spanish because to me the English version does a horrible job at expressing the thoughts and such from Spanish =S But nevertheless the book is AMAZING!!!!! The ending blew me away! Lol...

  • "Ow! Oh noo, the book got injured!"

Just that made me literally laugh out loud.

  • wow...i wish i was a guy...who was gay.

"I hit the space bar but it didn't stop the video haha"

    Aw you make me laugh!

  • HA, I had to do the same project in my Color Theory class at the Ai.

I love how all research is done online now, and we hardly if not ever use the library anymore. :-D

  • if you like that book you should also read the house of the spirits by Isabel Allende....somewhat similar with the time theme and stuff...its really really good

  • I love love love that book!!!! I read it both in english and spanish and really enjoy the magical realism throughout the book!

  • I love One Hundred Years of Solitude. You have great taste!

  • "oh no the book got injured" I love this, i feel the same way when i drop one of my books, or injure/damage them in any way

  • That book is amazing! I recommend making a family tree, because sometimes it gets very confusing!

  • Okay, so your videos ARE fantastic, but some of these commenters are just a bit creepy, just a bit, and when I say a bit, I mean alot. ALOT.

  • I loveeee the ending to this!

  • "oh no the book got injured'

    I love you.

  • If you like magical realism, you should read Isabel Allende's “The House of The Spirits”. It's so good!

  • omfg...another ridiculous lamp. '_'

  • I love that book

  • OMG Joe, when you hit that book on your desk it sccared the crap outta mee!!!!! haha

  • "im irish" LOL

  • I hate that book. Mostly because I was forced to read it as summer homework and it contains waaay too much incest for my taste.

  • does everyone die in that book? cos i just had a look of it on wikipedia to get what its about, and it says at the end of like each character that they die. blah.

  • it spans a lot of generations and chronicles different characters that are not living at the same time. So, yes everyone dies int he book, they're not immortal. they don't die at the same time.

  • That self portrait is amazing. It really captures you and deserves an A+++.

  • your painting is very good.

  • I don't know why, but this video is pairing nicely with the cool Indian Summer days us east coasters are having.

    Love ya, Joe!

  • the nick name of the author, so you can say it out loud, to impress the gents obviously, is GABO, he is Colombian, by the way (Guh-Boh, strong accent on the a).

"im irish"[lmaaooo the wayy yu said it was funny:D]

  • 100 years of solitude was my required summer reading!

  • LOL, see, I was excited when I bought OHYOS but it just wasn't fast paced as I thought, so it took me about 6 months (had to put on hold for a couple of weeks) to read it. And dang those character names are confusing!!!! =D

There's a book called "Blindness" by José Saramago and if you liked OHYOS you'll love it.

  • my jaw dropped when I saw the painting you did of yourself... I love it!

  • I love the ending lol.

  • lmfao. ending was hilarious... aheheh... :p

  • joel can i do your hair? its needs to be redone!

  • "but i'm coping... obviously..." LOL

  • 1. One Hundred Years of Solitude...MY FAVORITE BOOK. It's great. I love how Marquez spirals time. Lastly Ursula rocks.

    2. Sims 3 - Rocks my socks. I have three "stories"

    3. Your art...wow it is amazing. Fucking rocks.

  • I was pretty disdappointed in the sims 3, i mean you pay 60 dollars for it and they barely give you any items/furniture because they want you to go online and buy more. You basically start out with less than the sims 2 had. What a rip off. And you still can't see inside work or restaurants.. come on.

  • I liked the part when the book got injured. I should read it. and lol @ ending. HAHAHAHAhahahahhahahaa

  • HAHAHHAHAH you look so beautiful in this vid joey montana

you ahve no idea how much this made me laugh, especially the book getting injured hahahhaah

  • my mum made me read that book when i was 10! i had to re-read now to understand it ...

  • I actually didn't like that book too much. I mean, it was good, but it wasn't enough to be on a list of my favorites. Maybe I'll try reading it in English, to see if I like it better that way.

  • love the ending :D

  • Cien anos de soledad is a fantastic book. Good choice!

  • You saying that you lost internet reminded me to log onto MY school's website to check on assignments I might need. So... thanks for that! lol because I would have totally forgotten.

Subways in NYC are pretty redic. but that's what makes them exciting. I hear Philly has nice subways, though. Because the ones in NYC can be...cleaner. Just sayin'

  • Thanks for this video...cuz I really appreciate it

  • OMG, I'm soo guilty in making *a lot* of gays in Sims3 x)

  • hahaha the sims 3. and i wish i could get into a good book, i hate being forced to read terrible books for school. D:

  • Is Suzie Poppins MY alter ego?

  • That is such a great book! Although reading his books in Spanish tends to get pretty confusing...

  • thanks for a book recommendation :)

  • Love this video! :]
