This is the absolute best representation of Cobra Commander. He pays tribute to the original character of the source material by Marvel and Devil's Due, before the source material was disavowed; he's a cold, calculating, ruthless, aggressive, remorseless and truly evil psychopathic megalomaniac with zero humanity. Resolute truly ties together every G.I. Joe continuity together flawlessly and is the most epic, best animated interpretation of the mythos ever made.

The cliffhanger ending AT THE VERY LEAST needs to be resolved. Next time we see Cobra Commander having escaped from Springfield, he should wear his hood instead of his helmet. @Peja16 They have been doing that this year. Larry Hama (the creator of the GI JOE that we know from today) came back with a continuation of the 'Real American Hero' comic book series.

In the first arc, Cobra are a dominant PMC company policing a large portion of the globe, the JOE's have disbanded and are now considered fugitives (though it's pretty obvious that they'll get the band back together soon enough)

I love Cobra Commander's character, but this is probably the only GI Joe series I actually like. (shame it had to be so short) GI Joe the Real American Hero (moar like Billie Joe the Real American Idiot) is way too cheesy even for me and Sigma 6 is just retarded and probably the worst (it's so cliche of Naruto). I loved the new movie and that's what's gotten me obsessed with Cobra Commander (the nazi version as seen here, not the stupid taliban version). I hope they make this into a TV series.
