after effects is a very good program but its tricky and expect to spend a lot of time. this is of course if you are creating it all on the computer.

many hours many hours!!! i was new to second life so to figure that out took a while, and ya I filmed all the footage. A lot of it I filmed while driving with one handing filming! I probably worked on it for a month - month and a half, who knows...
