Well Nazism is just a shortened term for National Socialism which anyone can follow (its just racial nationalism as you say). Maybe using Hitler as a role model is a bit unfortunate though. Hitlers view on the slavs seems a bit muddled. Croatia and Slovakia were both Nazi satellite states, a lot of Ukrainians and Cossacks were also allies. A lot of the antislav violence was an overflow from hatred of "Judeo-Bolshevism"(as Hitler described the East).
