I know this comment of yours is almost a year old but I just wanted to say that I have to agree. McFarlane was a total douchebag in his attempt to win the rights over Angela against her original creator Neil Gaiman. It sucks that she was barely in a few Spawn comics as a result of this stupid lawsuit. She was so badass. And at least she got a brief cameo in the animated Spawn HBO series as well.
@SpikeDubbs Back in the 90s and early 2000, Spawn was a good book. I hate that they replaced Al Simmons with a generic white guy who looked like his human disguise. Couldn't they have replaced him with another black guy at least!?!
