To be honest the MSU vs. Indiana St. Game was probably the most famous game besides UK vs. Duke in 1998 in College Basketball history, the start of a great rivalry between 2 players. Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. The Duke vs. UK game is famous because of The shot i'm sure you all know. But yeah MSU should be good this year but then again so should UK. UK still is the best College basketball program in history.

i know this is late because i havent been on youtube in a while but we did play marquette that year theyre who beat us out as the #1 overall seed. And we never made a serious push for izzo. He was an option but are only real push was donovan and we got cal instead which im very happy about and i would say dicky v probally has uk higher still. But i really dont like him that much or the fact that he only likes uk when we are completely dominant. And now we are back to being a nc contender soooo.

When you recruit a kid ure well aware of their academic ability, and it is the responsibility of the coach to posses tremendous oversight. I wonder that if the refs hadn't been so focused on the 2- or 3-point debate, a foul should have been called, sending Sparks to the line, where he was almost automatic, and giving us the game in regulation rather than MSU in overtime.
Had the refs called it correctly, you still would have gotten 3. Sparks would have made his free throw, but he was clearly on the line when he shot it. You didn't even need the replay to see that.

I watched the game it was amazing. I am a UK fan, and at first i thought that was a foul but when i saw the replay 100 times i saw that it wasn't really a foul. But that game took forever because they reviewed that play over and over. Disappointing that they lost the game though I sure do wish we won. But even if we had won we would have had to play UNC next round. We already lost to them by 20 the first time we plaed them that year. Also MSU got pounded by them next round.

i know this is late because i havent been on youtube in a while but we did play marquette that year theyre who beat us out as the #1 overall seed. And we never made a serious push for izzo. He was an option but are only real push was donovan and we got cal instead which im very happy about and i would say dicky v probally has uk higher still. But i really dont like him that much or the fact that he only likes uk when we are completely dominant. And now we are back to being a nc contender soooo.

Ha one thing I did notice, is in 2005 and 2009 North Carolina destroyed Michigan St. in the final four (this year being the championship game), Kind of funny I think, and both years UNC went on to win the championship.

i mean kentucky's a great school...but you guys haven't been to a final four since 1998.1999 msu owned you guys in the elite eight. 2003 Marquette owned you guys in the elite 8, and in 2005 MSU owned you guys again. The fact of the matter is...this isn't the only time this has happened. Robert Dozier 's SAT score got flagged as well. 3 years even before derrick rose got to memphis. When you recruit a kid ure well aware of their academic ability, and it is the responsibility of the coach to posses tremendous oversight. Had the refs called it correctly, you still would have gotten 3. Sparks would have made his free throw, but he was clearly on the line when he shot it. You didn't even need the replay to see that.

Izzo was experimenting with different lineups and trying to figure the right combination of players on the floor. The starters played limited minutes. So what if we lost? Doesn't matter. It didn't count in the standings. Kentucky's losses to Gardner-Webb and VMI, on the other hand, did. So there's no excuse.

I watched the game it was amazing. I am a UK fan, and at first i thought that was a foul but when i saw the replay 100 times i saw that it wasn't really a foul. But that game took forever because they reviewed that play over and over. Disappointing that they lost the game though I sure do wish we won. But even if we had won we would have had to play UNC next round. We already lost to them by 20 the first time we plaed them that year. Also MSU got pounded by them next round.
