I actually got caught in school in a bathroom while someone i know was smoking weed. I wasnt but he handed me the pipe empty of weed i got caught with that. the cops came up to me and said they were gunna search me i told them i had a right to say no but they said since its on school grounds that i no longer had that right, is this true?

@YTCustomBacgroundz i dont think they have the right to search YOU without a legit reason.. but they can search lockers, backpacks etc.. maybe since you had a pipe they had a right to search you though

for example me and my friend were going to go smoke pot and there were cops on the streets and they said "there was a robbery near by, mind if we search you to look for stolen property", we didnt really say anything and we got searched. My friend got caught with pot and a pipe. I didnt have anything and got to go. by the way we are 16. Anything that would of helped our situation?
