Frankly, I think just always being ready to hit the Iris would of been better for Midway, if our people don't come through, if it looks weird, CLOSE IT.

Obviously a normal attack they'll close it though, but might take to stop something.

It really bugged me that they took out Jack O'Neil. He added a lot of humor and character to the film. I'm glad they didn't get rid of Sam Carter or Daniel, though. I would have chucked the TV if they kicked out Carter! She's my favorite character.

You realize it doesn't matter if you liked O'Neill? Mitchell isn't a bad replacement -- THAT is the whole point.

NO ONE IS ARGUING WHETHER O'NEILL IS "BETTER THAN MITCHELL" (I think he is in many ways: but they're both very different). Mitchell is still a good character regardless.

Mitchell (and Carter) also command SG-1, so I'm not sure what B/S you wrote about "him not taking the frontlines."

jack had a great sense of humour and teal'c certainly acted different on the show when jack was gone, teal'c was always quiet but with jack he ofetn was a bit more chatty, no he hardly says owt at all. mitchel is ok, he makes me laugh and hes a good guy but jack is better tbh it was wierd adjusting to the show without him

what do you mean? if you saw the opening of season 10, 6ppl lived by prob beaming off the russian ship. Mitchel took an F302 and Jackson used the rings to transport onto the ori ship. Most of the Ha'taks were destroyed.
