I've seen systema guys absorbing HUGE strikes from boxers. One guy I saw was Alexei Agapov, no more than 150 pounds himself and the boxer guy got exausted just by hitting him to the stomach - Alexei was just smiling and breathing. Then Daniil Ryabko, the son of Michael Ryabko, hit him once and sent him to the floor. I've been hit by Daniil and it was nightmare,I almost threw up! This stuff is for real and whoever doubts it may very well try it. Good work Neil, you're definitely a TOUGH guy!

Well Neil why didnt you have a boxer come in and give you hooks to the stomic to compare to vals strikes? It seems to me you had a judakan compare his strikes to Val. A boxers punches compare to the systemas is a much more valid comparison if you want to convince people this is the best way to strike.
