Hey, good playing! I am also working on this piece and have a few suggestions. While you do a good job following Debussy's suggestion of "almost without nuance", it sounds like there are many pulses in this. Try making one pulse out of entire phrases. Like the first 2 measures, try turning 4 beats into a 1-pulse-phrase then do 8 beats.
Also be very careful with the triplets, which in this piece are meant to be played fairly steady (like a gamelan orchestra) like the section beginning at 0:50.
well i just have a sony handycam so there's not much option but to place the mic in position to record video since it's and integrated mic. but hey i've always liked the deep register way better :p

very nice... i was just at a piano concert a while ago wherein the pianist, See Siang Wong, played this song together with the other 2 at the end. I love the asian sound

I think you sould place the mic somewhere else. The melody seemed to be drowned by the bass.
