considering the 30 round mag fully loaded weighs about 1.5 lbs 24 of them would come out about 30 lbs. while being tough to do it's not like your trying to carry a 100 lbs on your back. It just all depends on how bad you want to LIVE. Heck if it's my life at stake, I'll carry 24 surefire 100 round mags loaded with m-188 penetrator. You can do and carry more than you think when it's your carcas on the line. Yes Fitness has quite a bit to do with it. You don't have to be Rambo to do it.
