What makes this a shower? I do like the underlayment, however my project had tile on drywall so I'm left with thinset residue on wall which is uneven. I think I may have to replace the drywall with backerboard??? It would be helpful to see what/how things where done (e.g. grout) not just tell about it.
PS if anyone else is reading this do not put or leave light switches where you can be standing in water and operate them, take the five minutes and put them out of reach especially if you are working on the walls, code in my area says at least 39in away from the edge of a tub.
@DuctTapeGTA It takes more then 5 minutes to move a light switch. I am not a city inspector, I am a home inspector. My job is to provide people with the information they need to form decisions about the property they own or are about to purchase. What they do with that information is up to them. If you have a light switch near your shower you can do several things before moving it.
@DuctTapeGTA Youre not very intelligent. The tub was there before the shower. The house was built in 1920. I guess you are so smart you can tell if the circuit is ground fault protected from a picture also. Safe to say I am glad you are not my home inspector.

I apologize for my comments about your profession. Your video clearly was about tiling and not safe placement of electrical switches.
