My problem areas are my stomach and my thighs, i'm gonna look through you're videos to see if you have a Virgo for theses areas. Do you have any advice for women just starting out with the diet and exercise cause that's me and its not easy.

Do you have any advice for me or anyone else who's just starting to diet and exercise because its not easy.
I finally did this and Lord have mercy this really is hard and it hurt but I will do it at least 2 to 3 times a week but I and only do 8 but I had to break that down some. Plus I am don' t as good as you yet I pray I get there. Thanks for the video!!!
I really want to get a bigger butt but i can really afford to gain any more wight. i have hips but my butt has no shape to it, is there anything i should be eating? are squats going to perk my butt up?
@chocolateicing926 Maybe you need to consult a nutritionist as far as your diet is concerned. Squats does build glute muscles just like many of glute exercises.
She grew up really skinny and was teased a lot. She started taking things to make her gain weight while working her mid section out. So it's not "Genetics" lol. And yes working out will only get you so far, so work on looking like "YOU" not her. Because idk if I want my bottom that robust but it works for her
@BABYYDUKES Pull your lower abs in and contract your obliques (love handle) and rectus abs (front of your stomach). It helps stabilize the spine and pelvic. It works for me every time.
what an ass. I hope you ladies know that no amount of exersise will you get your butt like hers. excersie can only take you so far, but for an ass like that, the majority of it is genetics. I knew a girl in m middle school who had the same type of butt and she didn't even got to a gym

if you mean widen your thighs? this is definitely one. But you can't fight genetics. Work with what you have...leg presses, squats, lunges, cycling with resistance...work on shrinking what you can while developing what you want. Again, genetics. Then diet makes 2/3 of the battle a win or lose.
I watch your videos as I workout, so I can see how to do the right moves, but I want to know how many time a week, or hours of the day should I do the routines to start seeing results! Its like I still look the same. I dont know if its my diet, or what. Thanks.
Buffie I have no hips n a saggy butt. I have thick legs tho. I know sickkk... But wats one exercise to get my butt rounder? Bigger? Should I take a protein shake after d workout?
@AddictedToIShadow you definitely need to fuel up within 30 minutes after...a protein shake is topflight. Liquid feeds faster than a solid. Same...squats, lunges, leg presses...step ups. If you are aiming at increasing your quads (thigh muscles) you need to scrutinize your diet. That is one of the largest muscles in your body. You can get that butt to behave. You must commit to consistancy. That is the key. None of that seasonal ish. It's a lifetime committment. You'll love the results.
@ladylonglegs1990 No real difference.You're still targeting the same muscles. With the traditional squat you're activating more overall muscles because you're having to stabilize the entire body (better on the nervous system). Traditional squats are more of an unstable movement than this split squat. It's all personal preference.

what are the main differences between what the split squat and regular squat do, like does it target a different area?
