i knew a chap who had a wound like that on his leg , except self inflicted . everyday he used to pour vinegar and salt on it alternately . and hed keep it open and not let it heal , simply to keep tormenting himself with salt and vinegar . he used love it . look on the bright side ....lol .

looks nice and juicy. it´s really deep too, you can see that it´s a flesh-flap, and not just a v-shaped cut. ouch!

Ouch looked kinda painful..lol don't think I've ever had a gash that bad before only thing even close to that I've had was I got stapled on my leg...was very small though and didn't really hurt.
