Man, that is one impressive warship. There was an IJN Atago in WW2 I believe, but not sure. Many years ago, I visited JMSDF Katori in San Diego. Older ship, less modern, but still impressive. Thanks for great video, best of luck to Japan Navy.

@matapan50 I know, these JMSDF Atago class ships (and it's sister class Kongo ships) are huge. At least on the modern scale, very impressive in any case.
