Ok I know a lot of people will be angry by this comment, but does anyone ever feel the acting in this show sometimes isn't so....great. I mean Ian S. is always great but there are a few moments in each episode that are just performed badly by the other cast members? I love the show don't get me wrong but, it feels like most of them were cast in the show because they were just good looking, not for their acting abilities...

Not to mention Katerina ( Bonnie) she's my favorite, although most ppl dislike her because of her "bitchy" attitude towards the vampires, but I think Bonnie is an amzing charater too, because she is unique and sassy.

@racheladams456 I think playing more than one character is an amazing talent, if it is done correctly. I'm not trying to bash Nina, she adorable, but....if your only change in characters is to frown a lot and stare downward all the time, walk slower. That's not much of a change. Sure Nina and Paul are great in love scenes, but love scenes aren't hard to do. Pretending you love someone or their good in bed isn't hard, girls do that everyday LOL. It's the more casual stuff that is bad.

@jojojuly85 Well said. If fans wanna see an actor play convincing dual roles, they should take a look at 9 year old Lindsey Lohan in The Parent Trap or Jeremy Irons in Dead Ringers. The minute you spot a good actor play well off himself, you never forget it. Lindsay Lohan and Jeremy Irons did it a 100% times better than Nina Dobrev.

You're right though. A $2 ho can turn a trick with ease. It takes skills to convince them your the queen of England.
