newest windmill vane construction technique: vacuum resin infusion... just posted video "hemp resin infusion" or "resin infusion" (HD version)... also used hemp/silk cloth, but now using SuperSap epoxy bioresin.

Thank you for clarifying that angle for everyone out there... these are merely apparatis as novelty to explain principle of wind generation in this case, attract attention & generate pure interest. They were not designed to generate electricity, they were designed to be no-maintenance self-over-speed regulating due the off-set drag of the Split-Savoius type.

Wind blows horizontal, to date the most efficient wind turbines are the horizontal type designs NOT the vertical or (helix type)shown here. Horiz. turbines have the most sweep area per blade diameter, thus creating the maximum torque at low wind speeds or highter. Helix or vertical wind turbines are the least efficient, in reguards to torque or useable power output!!All of these other vertical turbine designs look nice (for show) but are impractical for any kind of sufficient power generation.
