This is a horrible video,,no instructions and not telling what exactly you're using how much of it, canned or fresh, what kind of brown rice how it was prepared...etc...this is not an instructional video and not very clear.....

I eat this combination almost every day, although I cut the vegetables myself, but I usually add one can of beans to the mixture.
