Well, i am lady in video! i used diet chef and lost 2 stone in just over 8 weeks, good enough results for me, i've tried everything, I think the key to this one was to add plenty of fresh veg with everything. My partner ( a personal trainer) even enjoyed it,and recommends it to his clients. It also helped me to come off my salt addiction !Hard at first but i feel great!
