How to Grow Weed: Seed Germination in 2 Days.

At what day should we give up on the germination and start over?

I read 48 hours & I've also read a week.. Mine has been in germination for 36 hours with no sign of life

@herb420ful I took about 20 seeds and germinated them all at once in a paper towel inside a cup and covered the top with plastic. I had 6 sprout about an inch after 4 days. Before that I did the same but with a plate, 4/5 sprouted after 3-4 days.

realy gd vid i personaly would use rain water tapwater has bit of nitrogen so it helps them get a little extra bost thats tap water in uk anyway

Don't use rainwater or you may end up with damping off killing all your nice seeds

Seeds are usually a pretty dark brown colour, being yellow/green means the seed has not been fully developed. Chances are that if you got your seed from a baggie of pot, it is under developed because the people harvested before the seeds were finished developing ( this is typical of an outdoor grower who is going to seel his stuff. )

Well after watching this video, I just began germinating my sour diesel seed. I"ll post back whether or not this worked for me. Hopefully it germinates and becomes a nice plant. I was wondering if time caused a seed to be defective because I've had this seed for 4 or 5 months or so...

@INDUCTIONGUY thats what u are doing wrong, direct sunlight. I recommend using the plastic sandwich tupperware just like in this vid but what i do is put it in the trunk of a car that "is" directly on the sun to keep em warm works like magic everytime.

Last night I took a cup of warm water, put three seeds in that a pro-weed grower friend gave to me, I put them in my closet for like 20 minutes, then the water got cold already so i put them in the microwave for like 10-20 seconds, then i put them back in the closer when the water was hot-ish, then i went to sleep, and this morning i woke up and none have sprouted, and 2 of the seeds have sunk. :C

i just always do what this guy does and i just put em in my dresser drawer, check them every 12 hours or so to see if the stem is shooting out yet

@marcuskim76 well i usually use cotten wool and dont think that the sprout gets into it  it hasnt done that even 1 time on me so what you do is you soak it it a lot with tap water that is now hot but is neither cold it has to be nice to the touch you know ;) what i do is put it in a jar cap and cover it with a cofee plate and place it on a tv (that's what i do) and keep that tv on as long as possible even sleep while its on and usually my seeds crack after 2 days i havent had a fail so far :D
