GO to the site, click on english, and then on "Q & A " and then go to "Permanent Marriage", and go to the last question, numer 8. Q: Is it allowed to do Mutah before permanent marriage?

A: It is not permissible to have any relationship with the girl or make Mutah prior to the legal marriage contract.

There are many like him, that are shiamuslims, but has his own laws!!! All this hadif he mention is NONSENSE!!!! HE IS FAKE.
