All you do is:

get a speaker, and a car cd player for example, get some wood, cut out the size of your moped compartment space, cut out the correct size holes for your cd player and speaker, then with the wires from the cd player use the all white wire, and the white with black line wire, to connect to a speaker - and +

once this is done use a positive and negative wire from the cd player and connect it up to the battery.

EASY!

How much does it cost and what do i need? I know i need subwoofer 6,5"-8" and two tweaters or coaxals some wireing but what wires? and do i need a separate amp for the sub? And do i need a fuse???

you got almost everything you just need fuse and i dont think that you need a separator for the sub exept your ampfiler doesn't have bass and high pich outs
