Hur musklerna ser ut efter en viss mängd träning beror på gener och kosten snarare än träningen. Angående ådrorna så är även det genetiskt, men de kommer fram på de flesta när man är i bra form, alltså när man har väldigt lite fett på kroppen, musklerna ser större ut när man är i bra form också, trots att man i själva verket är mindre.
@petegriswold physics does not say that. you have to exert a reactive moment using your back but that doesn't that there has to be back motion. You can still do the lift like a robot no matter how much weight as long as your back is strong enough to keep it stable.
@vonpursley No, if the weight is heavy and far from your center of balance it will pull you over forward. Moving your back counteracts the change in your center of gravity

Any weight any distance from your center of gravity will create a moment (torque) on you and therefore your back will tend to curl toward a turtle back. However if you use your lower back muscles to create a moment equal and opposite to the moment (torque) the weight puts on you then you will be in a state of equilibrium. Do the statics problem. Sum the forces in the vertical direction to 0 and then find the moment your back needs to do.
@petegriswold as long as you make the torque in your back EQUAL and opposite to the torque of the weights throughout the whole lift you won't bend backwards. You will be in equilibrium. However if you over compensate or under compensate then there will be unnecessary back motion. I don't mean people should curl like robots because that is just dumb but it is possible with any amount of weight.
@leonault5 i'd love to see someone attempt to hold this weight infront of them without arching there back at all so i can laugh at them once they face plant on the floor
