My biggest concern WAS acne. Seriously it was terrible and I tried everything. Proactiv, clean and clear, biore, neutrogena, Mario badescu, clinique EVERYTHING. and then came Clean Start by dermalogica. Poof, acne gone. Get it now it's a miracle worker. I hope they NEVER discontinue it!

neutrogena pink grapefruit acne cleanser it smells great and works well but i need to make sure i break it up with a ex-foliating wash (st ives apricot ex-foliating wash) as well as a great moisturiser (bio-oil) other wise my skin rebels i also like to do a clay or blue mask once a week as well

my skin is acne prone and oily\dry\ temperamental

Funny that you also mentioned the Neutrogena one. I switched to it and have seen better results. Just the classic one with the pump with the salicylic acid. My main concerns (I'm 26) are hormonal acne, brightening, anti-aging and moisturizing.

I used the murad system for a while. I liked the smell as well but I didnt find anything fabulous about the cleanser...but the acne spot treatment is very good.

With me, it seems my skin issues change with the weather/seasons, during the summer I dealt with continuous cystic breakouts around my mouth & chin area.That was awful to experience, its since gone away (I was on antibiotics) but now I'm experiencing super dry skin on my forehead that becomes quickly irritated.I've been using the Kiel's Ultra Facial Cleanser for all skin types with my Clarisonic Mia, it's helped a little, but it's still dry. I don't break out much but I always have to use cover up because I can see little red veins through my skin. Do u no of anything that can help my veins not show as much?

I LOVE Murad I have been using for about a year. I have had acne problems forever! I have used tons of drug store produts, Skin ID, and Proactive. None of those did the job! So I went to the doctor and that was the first time my face was clear. But I just couldnt contiue taken medicince long term. My face is as clear now with Murad as it was with the meds. Also I use a brush to really get a deeper clean!

I'm using panoxyl right now.. Dried out my skin ALOT but I feel it helped it.. So I use it every other day or every third day on certain parts of my face except near my nose and lips

I use this product and have for a while. But, I've also used it as a 'kit' they gave me. I believe it works only with moisturizers and other acne treatments. It's just a cleanser, really. :p

I use the cetaphil cleanser because its gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. My main skin issue right now is that my skin has become very dry over this winter.

not too long ago, i invested in the entire murad skin care system because the infomercials sounded so promising! unfortunately, this didn't work for me... it actually made my skin horrible! this not only made my breakouts worse, but left horrible dark spots, red patches, and flakiness. i've gone back to simple drug store face washes and seem to be treating my skin ok.

My biggest skin problem is acnce and alot of it. I use loreal go 360 clean, it is ok but i start seeing a difference after 2 weeks or so. I kind of want something that will show me an instant difference. do you have any suggestions. I also use clean and clear blemish cream. and i also see a difference after a few weeks so i need something stronger

Acne is my biggest problem. Second problem is sensitive skin. So I have been using Cetaphil & occasionally I will exfoliate with my Dermanew brush.

I've struggled with Acne for years and years, but it's just now starting to get under control (hormonal changes, I suspect...). I've been using the Boscia system for acne and it is FANTASTIC. The products don't contain dyes, fragrances or parabens, and it makes my skin glow. It also doesn't overdry my skin. It's so fantastic, I can't say it enough :)

My BIGGEST skin concern is probably my acne (which is mainly on my forehead) and acne scarring. Thanks for doing the review, was curious about the Murad Acne line! My current cleansers are the Clinique Rinse-Off Foaming Cleanser (which I love and ONLY use to take off FACE make-up), Lancome Mousse Radiance (which I am not a fan of), and Clarisonic cleanser, which I got with my Clarisonic. I also have been using Josie Maran Argan Oil Cleanser in the morning sometimes. :)

I used to have problematic skin when I was younger, probably because of not getting enough sleep, however now that I use Shu Uemura's beauty cleansing oil as well as cetaphil, my skin's The best it's ever been. I know it's pricey but it's totally worth it, now I just have to work on getting rid of acne scarring.

this clarifying cleanser will work with someone with severe to mild acne, i had acne and it worked,so the 1.5% of salicylic acid does have some effect but its best to use the entire kit if its severe acne.

I have some acne scarring and I'm using, as always, my cetpahil cleanser. Love it. I don't think the cleanser is the main factor in skin treatment, I use moisturizers, peels, etc. to deal with most concerns.
