This is a characteristic of all religious people, especially among Christians. After all, it's only by making this sort of fantastical interpretation is it possible for anything in the bible to be taken seriously.

This is very sad and beautiful. I want to consider myself a Christian again, but it is difficult sometimes. I hope I can experience something concrete to make it real for me again. I don't think God would send a truly good person to hell just because they are struggling with their beliefs. I think His words were scewed by the Roman Catholics who made additions to the Bible. The mother could be in such a state of grief that she became delusional. Anyone could have written that letter. And for a 6 year old, the language used in the letter is quite something. And then the final masterpiece: No one else can read this letter. Google "Russels theapot", its the same technique. I respect and understand the grief involved, that goes without saying

I came here looking for proof, not just another sad story of a boy dieing and his mother perhaps making up a story that a blank peice of paper has a letter he wrote on it.
If this is true it was extremely unethical to use your close friend's pain to spread your ideological agenda. The effort you wasted in making and posting this video could have been put to far better use in helping your friend. She obviously needs real support. 6 year old writes coherent letter from beyond the grave after dying of terminal cancer. He somehow had hair left to cut (what, no chemo?), asked to have his body donated to a university and loved Savage Garden.. None of this makes any damn sense.
1.) Michael was a baby. I am sure a baby told it's mother "when I get terminal cancer and die I want you to donate my body to medical research.
2.) The only person that could see the letter was the mom. So that letter does not exist it is only in her head. There is no physical proof of that letter existing.

I received this story in an e-mail a few months ago and never forgot it. When you lose loved ones, you need signs to survive it because the loss is almost incomprehensible to the human mind. I have gotten special signs from my loved ones (not quite like this), and it is very comforting to me. I believe this story.

This so called "letter" that no-one else can read, (surprise, surprise) is either deliberate fraud or extremely hallucinatory wishful thinking, triggered by extreme grief. (It is not unknown.)
I prefer to believe it was the latter.

This is very sad and beautiful. I want to consider myself a Christian again, but it is difficult sometimes. I hope I can experience something concrete to make it real for me again. I don't think God would send a truly good person to hell just because they are struggling with their beliefs. I think His words were scewed by the Roman Catholics who made additions to the Bible. I'm on the fence...about everything.

The mother could be in such a state of grief that she became delusional. Anyone could have written that letter. And for a 6 year old, the language used in the letter is quite something. And then the final masterpiece: No one else can read this letter. Google "Russels theapot", its the same technique. I respect and understand the grief involved, that goes without saying

1.) Michael was a baby. I am sure a baby told it's mother "when I get terminal cancer and die I want you to donate my body to medical research.
2.) The only person that could see the letter was the mom. So that letter does not exist it is only in her head. There is no physical proof of that letter existing.

Very touching video but a bit cheesy. If the letter was meant to be only read by the mother, how come I just read a transcription of it? Surely God wouldn't be idiot enough to not account for that little detail? The kid's got good grammar for a 6 year old too.
If it's actually true that there was an actual mother losing an actual son then I'm really sorry for her lost and I hope she recovers well.
As expected however, not tangible proof of God's existence were provided.

I received this story in an e-mail a few months ago and never forgot it. When you lose loved ones, you need signs to survive it because the loss is almost incomprehensible to the human mind. I have gotten special signs from my loved ones (not quite like this), and it is very comforting to me. I believe this story.

I live in Canada and it's really good here too overall. Your current president is likely the best you had since I was born 21 years ago.
