In X, his name is never pronounced. Teedus, Taidus. Either or, really. It's so sad when people get so heated over the way people pronounce a name that was never pronounced in game. In Kingdom Hearts and Dissidia, they went with Teedus.

Since most of the main characters in the series have more Asian names (more Japanese than anything), technically it should be Teedoos. (doos like deus)

I think that Final Fantasy X, story wise at least, is just as good as stuff like Final Fantasty VII. Really, this may sound weird, but when I buy video games usually I buy them for the story-- not for the gameplay, the story. Call me crazy. I mean, I like at least some gameplay, but if a game doesn't have a good, strong story I don't like it as much. I think that's why I've fallen in love with the Final Fantasy games. Plus they have superspecialawesome soundtracks. xD

speaking about audacity, did you get it with a diamond sound card? my friend bought a diamond sound card yesterday, (not vista compatible so we have to take it back) and i installed it.. pretty decent audio program

on ff10.. best ps2 final fantasy, in my opinion. storywise, its top notch, saving its twists for dramatic plot development. i really enjoyed it, and combat wasn't as.. stale as i thought it would be

In this game, I did'nt really care for the male and female lead protagonists (ie, Tidus and Yuna)...they were kind of moronic pacifists. I enjoyed some of the more supporting characters like Lulu and Auron. Overall this has one of the best Final Fantasy Musical Scores.
