Okay, everyone needs to realize, that Siobhan did this in the top 24 part of the show while Haley was in the top 5. The need to do well are two different dynamics so of course Siobhan, being in the top 16 or whatever didn't need to sing her ass off for this performance. Though for haley, it was necessary.
