  • BEING DETAINED IS NOT THE SAME AS BEING PLACED UNDER ARREST.=do you happen to have a legal citation for this? thanks.

  • @roaringwaterbay You can be detained for questioning without being under suspicion of having committed a crime. If you are arrested, then the presumption is that there is evidence of you committing a crime. You are not required to ID yourself unless you are suspected of having committed a crime. Is that the clarification you were looking for?

  • @1775novten yes, to a certain extent. Thanks.

  • @roaringwaterbay If you have further clarifying questions, please ask. I may not have all your answers, but someone else who views this video may have answers that I don't have. It's all about the spread of knowledge, which equals power.

  • Typical moron cops that spout off at the mouth and don't have a fucking clue what they're talking about.

  • Pay attention, what did they detain him for? Did he exercise any rights?

  • all u videos are fuckin stupid u got nothing but 4 videos of nine minutes each and nothing happens!!

  • @osielgarza1 What happens is the cop tried to intimidate him into IDing himself, when legally he was not required to. Most citizen just do whatever cops tell them. What happened in this video is he exercised his rights and did not just comply with whatever the cop was telling him.

  • so they detained you for nothing? I thought it was the cop that got in contact with the supervisor so he could speak with you? I guess he screwed up and the super told him to release you. Dumb cop who doesn't know his job...
