This story is crazy! The incident in Pont St Esprit was due to infected rye (ergot) -similar incidents happened in the middle ages. The CIA could - and did - use unwitting people to practice experiments on such as US troops and LSD can't be diffused as a spray -it isn't an effective method of diffusion.

You know this guy is bullshitting how can LSD cause so many suicides and madness. A bunch of people have taken LSD and very few have gone mad or committed suicide. Unless the CIA was using some highly weaponized version of the drug.

No doubt it is wrong to unknowingly give someone a powerful hallucinogenic but the whole assumption this interview is working under is that LSD is some highly dangerous drug when it is not.
