@YasinM101 The point of the episode was how the Glee teacher got all caught up in trying to impress the councillor (who LOVES Rocky) that their performance ended up not working at all. They double cast Magenta and Columbia because they had too many girls. This performance, in context of the episode, was just for them, having fun. It's not supposed to be accurate.

The pure awesomeness of Kurt in the beginning was misleading. He was reallyyyyy good i thought "Hey, maybe this wont suck". I was wrong :(

Okay, so I admit, I liked the Glee version. BUT, it just doesn't compare to the actual thing. That's just a big duh. In all honesty, the only portrayals I liked in Glee was Kurt as Riff Raff, and Finn as Brad (he does have that annoying awkwardness) The rest were..meh.

@GlennBacca Well, surely the point of performing is to play the part, and play it convincingly. The lack of proper accents, to me, is unconvincing. This is coming from an Irishman who has seen faaaaaar too many horrific portrayals of our accents. Just search 'wrost Irish accents in film'. If you're from America, think of it as someone speaking in a bastardisation of a redneck and Canadian accent.

Because if you haven't then I may almost understand your position, but if you've seen the original, you see that most of the cast had no idea what they were doing and it was pretty much a hot mess. That said, they weren't all terrible, Chris Colfer (or whoever played Riff Raff) was pretty good. Other than that, most people had not idea what they were doing.

But by the fact that it's not comedically worse, and the rest of the episode is this same low quality, it's just not that good. If you're gonna do a tribute / remake of something, DO IT CORRECTLY. There were extra words in some of the lines and characters who didn't say anything in the original were like "F it, i'm going to be a star and sing as well and completely make this song all sorts of garbage." I feel sorry for RHPS that it had to have these terrible terrible "fans" completely mess up their song.

@LtDragonbane You do realize that the actors don't write the script or the music right? Some of the lines had to be changed to obtain the networks approval for the episode. I'm not saying it's an amazing episode but they are good performers and that's really how tributes go in show choir. I was in an award wining show choir and when we did a tribute EVERYBODY in the choir performed. Honestly,not to be mean, but I can't stand RHPS fanatics...yall are some of the most obnoxious fans.
