  • GREAT STUFF! IN RESPONSE TO THE NECK COMMENT...AS LONG AS A PERSON HAS WELL BALANCED, STRONG TRAP MUSCLES THEY ARE TOTALLY FINE. IN FACT IT IS THE SHOULDERS WHERE ALL OF THE WEIGHT IS BEING TRANSFERED. THE FLEXION OF THE NECK IS NO DIFFERENT THAN DROPPING YOUR CHIN TO YOUR CHEST.

  • Not really dragon flags - body isn't being held straight, lots of leg swinging and bending at the hip here. Still very impressive though!

  • @dennymeta yeah, the key to a proper flag is only core movement. I still can't perform a correct one, but I'm working on it.

  • I am surprised that doesn't hurt your neck. You have impressive core strength, but your poor neck doesn't seem to be benefiting from this workout.
