  • It is a great misunderstanding to intepret nonverbal communication as she does out of context. It has been the core factor of studying gestures and facial expression to view them in context. Another misunderstanding is the 93% theory. I bet she never even read Albert Mehrabians book about nonverbal communication, but just picked it from some other article or book that has misintepreted it aswell..

This video or book has nothing to do with scientific studies of NVC.

  • Enlightening. Everyone should be able to find at least one tip he or she can use to improve communication.

  • Reading this book, I had many 'aha' moments. After 25 years in communication, there is always something more to learn. Carol shows that many behaviors are innate... it's simply a matter of tuning in to the natural language of humans. This book heightened my awareness, and it's an easy read. Numerous illustrations helped me grasp concepts quickly. I found the book compelling.
