First you need the designer pack.

Then you go to the part you want to customize (If the body,head,and legs have core color click on those) and click the part you have equiped (If you have more than 1 part)

Then click "Designer" and click Core Color.

Finally pick from the premade colors.

@Realsteelfan The exterior parts are all Tagma pieces Lv. 4, the fists are called Claspsers I think but they are still part of the Tagma set. I don't remember what the core parts were.
