  • 1:35 LOL. Wallace is holding his foot there by himself. His help is not helping. Impressive!

  • Thanks for the extremely valuable information Bill!

  • I was flexible, but not that flexible!

  • a una divaricata perfetta

  • to the average person this kind of stretching isn't very helpful i think... There are not many people in the world who can contort to these kinds of positions. It is very impressive what Bill can do but how beneficial is this going to be as an instructional video...

  • you can hear his bones creaking

  • oh man this video is funny FUNNY PUSH NICE AND HARD I ALMOST SHIT MYSELF WATCHING THIS

  • How old is Bill on this video ?...

  • zomg....

  • PERFECTION

  • Do you always kick him in the face after he's done stretching you out? Seems selfish to me.

  • great vid, but damn i had to laugh when he said, push it in, nice and hard hahaha

  • You have a sick mind, but I have to agree. It doesn't sound right. LOL Nice stretch though..

  • great!!!!!!!!

  • i would really like to be this flexible.. would be great for MA training.

i got hold of 'stretching scientifically' by kurz, but havent got into the routines yet...

  • Try "Relax into stretch" by Pavel Tsatsouline (the guy who got Wallace himself into a full split in the first place)

  • yer joking right, pavel wasnt even born when bill was doing the full splits in the 1960s.Apart from the fact that pavel has lived in russia for most of his adult life.

  • I have Superfoot Bill Wallace stretching dvd. I have been an admirer of Bill Wallace since he was in Chuck Norris movie 'A Force of One.'
