It's not a real poster. That's Rob's head pasted onto someone else's body. The only way most people would be able to tell that is because that exact picture of Rob's face was used for part of the "Twilight" promotional photos. I'll have to find the exact link, but I can tell you that this is a manipulated photo. Great fan-made poster, though.
