The song at 2:08 is Lassano Napule which begins at 1:50 I have a recording by Giuseppe Milano made acoustically in 1918. Senza Mamma which starts this segment is on the flip side. I reposted this comment because after further research, I found out that I mistakenly posted the Milano recording as 1925.

The two outer songs - Senza Mamma and Lassano Napule were written by Francesco Pennino who was Francis Ford Coppola's grandfather. Coppola was named after his grandfather. The two songs are Napulitan'. Ciuri, Ciuri is Sicilian'
